During the month of October, 2009, there were 102 closed residential sales (up from 97 sales in September), 130 new listings and 137 new pending sales. The average sales price was $382,665 (down from $424,550 in September); the median sales price was $350,000 (down from $380,000 in September); the average number of days on market was 40 (down from 43 in September).
