Homes are selling again because of the season, Res. Dr. match occurring in March, April 30th deadline of 1st time home buyer credit and move up/move down credit for homeowners lived in their home for 5 yrs.
Homes are selling at or near assessed value, but they are selling and lots of buyers out there looking for just the right home. Lots of selection at present.
