Last month, we reported the dollar volume sold of $494,916,183 indicated a 55.48% rise from the previous month! This month, we are reporting that the April dollar volume sold is $568,600,022 -- up an additional 14.89% from March!
The median sales price of $420,250 in April was a 5.46% rise from the previous month. Average days on market were only 48 days and sellers received an average of 97.63% of their list price.
I hope you didn't miss the bottom of the market. If you did, buy now because the prices seem to be escalating weekly!
