The home inventory is the lowest in 7 years and our prices appear to be up about 1 1/4 %. The buyers are out in full force and lots of activity on open houses. Interest rates are till the lowest in years. It is a great time to buy and also to sell because inventory is still low. We are headed for a great boom in sales in the next months!
