Within the last month Falls Church has seen 54 single family homes, 13 townhomes, and 39 condos change hands. Closing prices for single family homes ranged from $210,000 for a 4 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in need of repair to $1.335 million for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, lake-front contemporary home. Closing prices for townhomes ranged from $300,000 for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath to $555,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, townhome in the City of Falls Church. Closing prices for condos ranged from $85,500 for a 635 square-foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to $615,900 for a new 1,342 square-foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The median number of days these properties remained on the market was 24 days.
