During the month of October, 2009, there were 74 closed residential sales (down from 94 sales in September), 116 new listings and 94 new pending sales. The average sales price was $373,987 (down from $384,997 in September); the median sales price was $318,000 (down from $335,000 in September); the average number of days on market was 35 (down from 42 in September).
