During the month of December, 2009, there were 117 closed residential sales (up from 94 sales in November), 93 new listings and 89 pending sales. The average sales price was $414,047 (up from $391,459 in November); the median sales price was $289,500 (down from $322,000 in November); the average number of days on market was 70 (up from 61 in November).
