As of June 10, 2009, there are 412 active residential listings in Leesburg and the average number of days on market is 170. The list prices range from $70,000 to $5,997,837; the average list price is $759,361 and the median list price is $569,450. The current market absorption rate is 3.5.

119 residential sales in Leesburg closed during the month of May 2009 (up from 88 sales closed in April). These sales ranged in price from $70,000 to $975,000.

The average list price was $400,028 (up from $389,663 in April) and the average net sales price (less seller concessions) was $383,183 (up from $371,899 in April).
