Our current market continues to side with the buyer - sellers are offering closing cost assistance and other incentives to help entice the buyer to purchase their home. Market times are starting to decrease-under 30 days for the better properties-, but seller's are learning to be patient and to make sure their home is in the best possible "show" condition. The market does appear to be "bouncing" along a bottom but the number of foreclosures is still weighing on the overall market, yet these are excellent opportuinties to pickup good buys. Mortgage interest rates are still staying below 4.25% range for 30 year fixed rates and is making total payments at or less than rent.
