Currently there are 544 homes on the market with an average price of $359,585. With 28 homes sold in October this equates to a 19 months supply. October saw 28 homes sell with an average sales price of $253,875 compared to 40 homes selling last year for $333,583 or a 23.9% decrease in price.Year to date 508 homes sold in 2008 compared to 679 in 2007 or a reduciton of 25.2%. With interest rates continuing to stay under 6.5% and more homes on the market to choose from, now may be a good time to buy. For the seller, because there are more homes on the market and sales year-to- date are down, they may be faced with a longer selling time and must be willing to negotiate on offers presented.

They consistently came out at the top in terms of total sales and revenue generation. They both received numerous awards and much recognition for their sales results. Their kind of success does not come easily. It takes hard work, dedication and innovation. Ken and Linda brought these qualities to their work in the corporate world and they bring them to their work as real estate professionals.
