CULLMAN sales have been slow but has affected the pricing very little. No fire sales yet. Everyone is just holding on to what they have to see what the market is going to do!
Location Characteristics: CULLMAN is located just off I-65 South of Decatur and Huntsville. Cullman is a great place for a weekend retreat or a full time home. Smith Lake a manmade lake is owned by Alabama Power. Boat and fishing are usually the talk when in one of the local country stores. Just a short commute to Huntsville Redstone Arsenal where there is an abundance of jobs.
