We are currently experiencing a Stable Housing Market with home prices slightly rising due to low unemployment in the area. Greater Huntsville area's market is unique and while some parts of the country are experiencing severe sluggish markets, Madison County is experiencing tremendous growth, especially in the Hampton Cove community.
