WELCOME TO HELENA, AL!!! The Helena real estate market showed some signs of stability in December as the number of homes on the market returned to mid-year levels and price trends are steady. In December, 30 homes sold with an average sale price of $226,874. This is the second highest average sale price since we started tracking helena in January of 2006. The average list price last month was $235,136. Average days on the market did continue to climb higher to 154 days.
The saturation rate was down slightly from prior months to 9.67 months as the inventory of homes remained stable for the month.
