These areas finally seemed to recover in December with the saturation rate moving to about 7 months. In December, 19 homes sold with inventory dipping for the second month in a row to 133 homes. The average home price sold in December was off at $155,321, and the average list price was $161,042. Home sales were not bad with the average days on the market at 79 days.
