Amado, with its location between two rapidly expanding areas is a no brainer to follow suit. It would be a good time to buy property here now before the big growth begins. When other states markets open, lots of their money is coming to Arizona.

Location Characteristics: Mostly rural area just south of Green Valley. Amado hasn't had any new devlopments in quite some time, however, we expect Sopori Ranch, to be moving some dirt real soon. Popular for restaurants. Most of the properties here are on acreage. Values have decreased since April '06 and are expected to continue for months to come.
