Location Characteristics: Goodyear is a growing and economically sound community in the southwest valley of the Phoenix market along Interstate 10 on the way to Los Angeles. The coomunity leaders have worked hard to bring in extra business to this growing community. For example, Goodyear has recruited The Cancer Treatment Centers of America,2 major league baseball teams for their spring training events,Amazon.com, a new Macy's disribution center, a new regional mall, and other major business to open here in the near future. There are wonderful planned communties throughout Goodyear to live in with many of them having golf courses and activity centers. The schools are also wonderful. It is just a great place to live.
