Here are the Latest Statistics for the Mesa Market: Currently there are 4122 homes for sale in the Mesa market with 504(12.2%) homes sold in the last month. October 1, 2008 the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 will go into effect. The signed bill sets the down payment requirement at 3.5 percent (currently 3%) and prohibits seller-funded down payment assistance (both direct or through a third party).You can still can secure a " 100% " FHA financing product until then.
