The information within this report is based on the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service area boundaries 402 and 403. In March 144 properties sold in comparison to 142 in February of this year The average Sales Price for February was $339,769. Currently there is 2,094 Active properties for sale within the Northeast Phoenix area. At the rate of sales for the last 6 months there is currently a 14 month supply of inventory. The average cummulative days on market in Northeast Phoenix is currently 127 days. It is truly a great time to take advantage of the current market pricing. The Phoenix area is the sixth's largest driven housing market in the region. There still seems to be room to grow in today's housing boom in this area.

Location Characteristics: Northeast Phoenix has always been known for its mountain views and closeness to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The area boarders the City of Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale, which explains why it has always been misunderstood as being known as Paradise Valley, but only because it is within the City of Phoenix's Paradise Valley School District. I have personally lived and raised both of my children in this great area of Phoenix.
Northeast Phoenix is one of Phoenix's best hidden secrets due to its easy access to the downtown area with a minimal commute time of 15 minutes at of times and 20 to 25 minutes at peak times on the 51 freeway. Many of the homes are nestled close to the Mountain Preserve which offers Horseback riding, Mountain Biking, Hiking, mountain climbing, and desert exploration within a city setting. I always like to introduce newcomers to this great area. I am a second generation Phoenician that definitely know that location is a very important part if buying Real Estate.
