As one of Arizona's fastest growing communities, Peoria is a great place to live. There are many great neighborhoods and numerous recreational activities for everyone including the Peoria Sports Complex, Lake Pleasant Regional Park and much more.

The majority of our local sales are Short Sales with the number of reo properties declining. Investors are still very active in our market with long-term investment potential very good and positive cash flow on rental properties. There are investors looking at short term options as well.
