We are still seeing a strong buyers market for homes priced above $300,000. Homes below that price are being snapped up quickly, some having multiple offers and bids. Short-sales are still dominating many of the listings that are available, but great REO's are hitting the market as well. The best REO are properties that were priced at anywhere from $500-600,000 a year ago, and are now hitting the market in the $300,000 or less range. Those are the real steals!
