Although the market has slowed down and leveled off now is the time to buy while rates are low. There are some great homes in Phoenix that are priced to move. Currently there are 10395 single family detached homes for sale in the month of June. Interest rates are currently around 6.50% on a 30 year fixed. The average home sold in Phoenix for an average price of $264,491. The average days on the market were 122 with 886 homes sold in the month of May.
