Scottsdale real estate sales have increased significantly in the last 60days. Did someone turn on the switch? I am seeing several investor groups and out of state buyers bidding on multiple properties. Many of these properties are Bank and Lender owned, however they are getting purchased at a strong rate. March loan applications where way up according to Jim Best at Adobe Financial Mortgage. People are taking advantage of the low interest rates and the Bank and Lender owned bargains out there.
Valleywide the number of Pending transactions for March was over 7000. Thats a very notable statistic. Units sold have been on the increase since January.
