About Jim Biggs / Vivien Biggs:
Jim moved to the valley in 1972 and began his real estate career in 1979 investing in residential real estate.
As a prior owner of three real estate companies and prior Designated Broker of New Home Concepts, Jim has had the opportunity to be involved in literally thousands of real estate transactions involving homes, investment property and land.
Vivien returned to the valley in 1996 and began her real estate career as Jim's assistant and later, as an owner and Manager of New Home Concepts, Vivien has been involved in many different types of real estate transactions.
