IMPORTANT INFORMATION...
Here's something that all buyers who plan to use a loan to buy property need to watch. Although rates are still hot,these ridiculously low interest rates can't last much longer. There has already been talk of some upward movement. Talk to your lender, or ask me for a referral to my top lenders.
Also, although there are a some, not a lot, of very well priced properties on the market, there are also buyers with cash making offers on day one of the listing. If you think that these bargains are just sitting there, think again.
When you do get in to the current market, be ready to go, or you will find yourself losing out to more prepared buyers, especially prepared and aggressive cash buyers. Just a word to the wise!
