A most eclectic, culturally diverse area with great central location. Properties are transforming to New, Restored, & Renovated at breakneck speed. With a strong dollar sustaining low interest rates, compounded with the effects of the Olympics, we are still experiencing an increase of investment, confidence, and growth. The East-side as we know it is changing. Main St. and Fraser St., are becoming the new Commercial St. with a fashion flare. Mount Pleasant is a diamond in the rough, with much proposed development going on all around some pockets. Large upside to these homes at a generous savings to the Westside Price. Topography is key in this area. Excellent value! Call me for your competitive advantage...
