It also has restrictions on the density (which creates a stable preservation of capital as real estate investment). About John Kowalchuk:
John Kowalchuk has always had a keen interest in architecture, building and real estate. In 1983, he graduated from Construction Engineering, a program specializing in project management. It proved to be a valuable introduction to real estate. After studying finance, John began purchasing properties, renovating and re-selling them in his hometown, Edmonton.
