Most centrally located with the best weather, close to beaches, shopping, (UBC near), and very hip areas. This is a mature area with heritage. Possibly the best located vs price. It also has restrictions on the density (which creates a stable preservation of capital as real estate investment). With a strong dollar, sustained low interest rates, compounded with the effects of the Olympics, we are still experiencing an increase of investment, confidence, and growth. impossible.

About John Kowalchuk:
John Kowalchuk has always had a keen interest in architecture, building and real estate. In 1983, he graduated from Construction Engineering, a program specializing in project management. It proved to be a valuable introduction to real estate. After studying finance, John began purchasing properties, renovating and re-selling them in his hometown, Edmonton. John continued to purchase and renovate properties throughout Vancouver before deciding to use his knowledge by becoming a realtor.
