If you are a seller, you need my knowledge and experience as your negotiator and advertising specialist. My attention to detail will support and comfort you. If you need a short sale, my foreclosure knowledge will make it less complicated with me on your side. Give me a call today at (530) 432-7000 for your Private Consultation.

I am the Broker you want who understands this foreclosure market...and can be reached directly at 530.432.7000. It's time to buy that home you have always dreamed about with pricing down & interest rates still low. So hurry, before prices go up. One of my Realtor colleagues who lives in Folsom will help you find that now affordable dream home.

ATTENTION CASH INVESTORS: Planning to become a Landlord? I have an alternative for your investment dollars. Earn an average of 16% return-on-investment (ROI) with "Performing Notes". This is passive income. I will show you how to become the bank instead of the landlord and only pay approximately 65-75% of current market (which is already very low) and then I will set up a servicing company for $30/mo to collect the payments for you. As the bank, you normally won't have to worry about maintenance, taxes or insurance. For more information on being a Note Buyer click here or give me a call at (530) 432-7000 Contact me for your personal Consultation.

Non-performing Foreclosure Notes can be flipped for even higher profits and you can purchase distressed Notes at 55% or less. These non-performing Notes will earn an average of 22% and higher return-on-investment (ROI). For more information on being a Note Buyer click here or give me a call at (530) 432-7000 Contact me for your personal Consultation.
