The inventory is increasing in Bell Canyon and houses are taking much longer to sell. In April 32 homes were active on the market with a minimum price of $849,900 and highest price of $3,495,000. Average list price is $371. Some of the homes have been on the market as long as 320 days. This is not only about Bell Canyon it is the market. There were 8 Pending sales with list prices starting from $895,000.00 to $2,599,000 with $354 of average price per sqft. We had 2 total sales in April they were both priced very well and were only on the market between 24 to 27 days. The average sales price per sqft was $359.00. For impending closings we did really good compare to last month. We can only hope that all these sales will close.
