The current median asking price is $2,795,000. The average $ per SF= $1,019.17.
The median price for a home sale during this period was about $1,650,000. The average $ per Sq. Ft. = $739.27. In 2008, the average $ Per Sq. Ft. was $875.
Since September 4th, 2009 there have been 25 closed sales of single family residences. Closed sales ranged in price from $899,000, to $9,100,000. During this period, the difference between the average list price/ sales price was about 7.38%.
Interestingly, the average sale price in August '07 was $2,287,000; August '08 was $2,544,000 and the average price since September 4, 2009 was $2,697,920.
