In 2009, there were about 210 Single Family Residences (SFR) sold in Brentwood, Ca 90049. In what has been declared a disastrous year for real estate sales nationwide, the sales volume in Brentwood 90049 compares favorably to 2008 sales, with about 150 sales (SFR).

The 2009 sale prices (SFR) ranged from $707,000 for an REO, all cash sale; to $15,150,000 for a (approx. 6,908 Sq. Ft.) home in the Brentwood Park area of Brentwood (Oakmont Drive) on a lot of approx. 2.7 acres.

The 2009 median sale price in Brentwood 90049 was about $2Mil. The average Sq. Ft. for the structure was about 3,600 Sq. Ft. The average lot size was about 19,000 Sq. Ft.

Currently there about 95 homes for sale. This represents a housing supply of about 11 months. The current median asking price is about $2,650,000.


2008 Sales Statistics:

There were 146 sales of SFRs in 2008. The prices ranged from $751,000 (closed 12/2008) to $15,045,000 (closed 06/2008). The median price for homes sold in Brentwood, California, in 2008, was about $2.1Mil. The average Days On Market (DOM) was 64.

In 2008, there were 130 sales of condominiums in Brentwood, 90049. The median price was $682,000. The average Sq. Ft. was 1,529. The average $ Per Sq. Ft. was $515.

It is an easy commute to the beach, movie theatres, and shopping centers of the Westside, without the commotion.
