Carmel Valley / East Del Mar - From 10/1/09 to 11/1/09 - 84 homes came on the market, down from 96 the month before. 73 homes entered escrow, up from 62. And, 60 homes went contingent (Short Sales subject to lender approval) up from 44. As of 11/1/09 there are 224 homes on the market, down from 249.
