La Jolla - From 10/1/09 to 11/1/09 - 88 homes came on the market, down from 89 the month before. 59 homes entered escrow, up from 58. And, 29 homes went contingent (Short Sale subject to lender approval), up from 26. As of 11/1/09 there are 414 homes on the market, down from 453.
