As of September 2008 Murrieta is now down to a 4 months supply and listed homes are selling in about 73 days. This is a tremendous improvement. Most homes are selling in the high 200's and mid to high 300's. Things are definitely looking up for sellers and buyers should act now. FHA still seems to be the strongest loan trend.

Even the charming redone "Old Town" has a fresh face and lovely touches. The schools are great, the homes range in price from the mid $100's for condo/townhomes to over $1,000,000. Bargains are everywhere and yet the town has not lost its clean well kept feel.
