I am your local Broker that understands this foreclosure market...and can be reached directly at 530.432.7000. It's time to buy that home you have always dreamed about with pricing down & interest rates still low. So hurry, before prices go up. One of my Realtor colleagues who lives in Rocklin will help you find that now affordable dream home.

If you are a seller, you need my knowledge and experience as your negotiator and advertising specialist. My attention to detail will support and comfort you. If you need a short sale, my foreclosure knowledge will make it less complicated with me on your side. Give me a call today at (530) 432-7000 for your Private Consultation.

ATTENTION CASH INVESTORS: Planning to become a Landlord? I have an alternative for your investment dollars. Earn an average of 16% return-on-investment (ROI) with "Performing Notes". This is passive income. I will show you how to become the bank instead of the landlord and only pay approximately 65-75% of current market (which is already very low) and then I will set up a servicing company for $30/mo to collect the payments for you. As the bank, you normally won't have to worry about maintenance, taxes or insurance. For more information on being a Note Buyer click here or give me a call at (530) 432-7000 Contact me for your personal Consultation.

Non-performing Foreclosure Notes can be flipped for even higher profits and you can purchase distressed Notes at 55% or less. These non-performing Notes will earn an average of 22% and higher return-on-investment (ROI). For more information on being a Note Buyer click here or give me a call at (530) 432-7000 Contact me for your personal Consultation.

ZIP Codes: 95765, 95677, 95658, 95650, 95663

Approximate Location Boundaries: Located on Interstate 80 northeast of Sacramento, the fast-growing suburban community still has links to its Gold Rush past and quarrying days in buildings in its historic section. The typical commute time from Rocklin to Sacramento business district is about 27 minutes.

Location Characteristics: Rocklin is a city in Placer County, California located in the metropolitan area of Sacramento. It shares borders with Roseville, Loomis, and Lincoln. As of 2009, the city's population was estimated to be 54,754 people. Rocklin is primarily a family community. Higher education opportunities are provided at Sierra College. Shopping is easy with quick access to the new Roseville regional mall, The Roseville Galleria. Three community parks and 19 neighborhood parks are available in Rocklin, which is also close to Folsom Lake, a state recreation area that offers boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, sailing and much more. Rocklin is part of the Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Athough Rocklin has become a high-tech center and is home to many golf enthusiasts, this is a family community first . You will notice many homes are built around beautiful golf-courses.

If you are looking for a "solid" place to live, Rocklin could be a good bet. The name, Rocklin, comes from the granite rock underlying the city. Years ago, the main business of Rocklin was quarrying. Today it is more likely to be high tech.

HISTORY: Although European-Americans were probably fishing and harvesting game in the Rocklin area in the late 18th and early 19th Centuries, major European-American settlement started in the early 1850s as fortune hunters sluiced for gold in Secret Ravine, an area of oaks and dredger tailings that can be found today southeast of Interstate 80 between Roseville and Loomis.
