About Larry…
Larry was born and raised in Kauai, Hawaii from Japanese immigrant parents. He has lived in the South Bay area for many years now, with his partner and wife, Wanda, four wonderful children plus four grandsons, Kai, Ryan, Keanu, and Kanoa.
Larry became a licensed real estate professional in 1974 and received his broker's license in 1976. Attended EI Camino, L.A. Trade tech, and L.A. City College, Larry received his ''Real Estate Certificate of Competence'' with honors.
Past and present achievements: Scout leader, AYSO soccer coach, Gardena and Torrance Chamber of Commerce, active church member, United Crusades committee, Inanity Charity Director, Meals on Wheels volunteer.
About Wanda. . .
Wanda has been a California resident since 1953. She grew up in the South Bay area, attending and graduating from Torrance schools. After raising her kids as a single Mom and working in the nursing field she began looking for more challenging work, and became interested in real estate.
In 1995 she completed her real estate licensing and teamed up with Larry to work as a husband and wife team. The decision to work together was a big commitment and after 8 successful years together, their Mission Statement states: together we make it happened
About Al…
Aylwin or ‘Al’ for short is a native Californian who grew up in the South Bay. He worked as a Chef at “Chez Melange” while attending El Camino College and Long Beach State University. Al graduated with an A.A. degree in Electronics and B.S. in Computer Engineering with Presidents and Deans list honors. Since graduating Al has worked for Epson, Ceridian, Datalect (a dot com), City of Los Angles, and Ford Motor Credit as a Software Engineer. “Helping others thru real estate sales is a great win-win” says Al.
Al is married and loves to travel to Ireland where his wife Victoria is from. He loves the beach, and can be found swimming, surfing, cycling, rollerblading, walking or jogging .

During vacation times or days off, Larry & Wanda enjoy sunny days, reading, going to the movies, traveling, beach walks, bicycling, crafts and spending time with the family and their Bichon dog, Blossom. enthusiastically doing their best for their clients, friends & relatives.
