What a great place to live, we thought we were just a little prejudiced having moved here four years ago. Seems we are not alone as the city was chosen as the 19th best city to live in in the US by Money Magazine. Parks, trails, low crime, access to Denver and Boulder. No wonder the market has begun to stablize. Like most cities prices vary by neighborhood and subdivision but on the whole a great place to call home. Market has been fairly stable the last several months. Still some great bargains in the high end - with the lowest interest rates in years this could be the best time to make that move up.
