Sales continue to be slow in Buena Vista with sales of vacant land lagging well behind the sales of residences. Inventory is up in all categories, so there are plenty of choices . While the expectation is that there might be some fantastic deals, that is not the case market wide. While on an individual basis there likely are deals to be had, the value of the market seems to be holding well. Buyer traffic is increasing slowly and that trend is expected to continue.
