The under $100,000 to about $200,000 is a strong buyers market. However with the drop in interest rates we could see this change to a strong sellers market. The $250,000 to $400,000 range is a buyers market. There is a very large supply of new and existing home on the market in this range. The over $400,000 has always been a buyers market and will remain that way.
