Currently there are 20 condos & townhomes available. Prices range is from $109,000 to $339,000 for 1 to 4 bedroom units. There are 68 homes for sale, 64 single family and 2 duplexes, prices start at $389,000 to $435,000 for duplexes and prices start at $155,000 for single family homes. During the 4th Quarter of 2011 there were 4 condo sales with a price range of $59-$165/square foot. There were 7 townhome sales with a price range of $75-$184/square foot. There were 18 single family home sales and 4 duplex sales, price range was $103-$199 and $107-$157/square foot respectively. For 2011 there were 24 condo sales with a price range of $59-$271/square foot, 26 townhome sales with a price range of $67-$220/square foot, 7 duplex sales with a price range of $101-$157/square foot and 72 single family sales with a price range of $54-$254/square foot.
Location Characteristics: Eagle is the county seat for Eagle County. Historically Eagle was a quiet ranching town. Over the past several years that has changed. It has now become a fast growing community with numerous developments springing up throughout the area. Eagle is 30 minutes form Vail.
