Average days on the market are from 202 days to 175 for residential homes. For Residential homes sold in January there were 5 September of this year 37. Condos, 4 in Jauary, 8 in September of this year. Updated 10/13/09. Average sale price in 2008 was $2,900,710 to $2,648,960 in 2009.
