Prices have corrected and sellers have become realistic in their expectations. One of my favorite neighborhoods is Kelly Park Hills, off Rock Springs Rd. These homes were built in the early to mid 90's and there are some good buys for under $300,000. Active listings in MLS are 246 as of December 2nd.
ZIP Code: 32703 Approximate Location Boundaries: The town is on hwy. 441; 10 miles NW of Orlando with old orange groves surround the area.
Location Characteristics: Use to be a cow town, now it's a boom town. Still good opportunities for small investors.
