Location Characteristics: Atlantic Beach is home to a very beautiful and natural stretch of coastline. To the South lies Neptune Beach and just beyond that the excitement of Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra. To the North there is an eclectic array of homes. At the northern most point sits the city-owned Hanna Park where acres of undeveloped land make it one of the most popular destinations to picnic, surf, camp and play with your entire family. There is a town center near the Sea Turtle Inn with great shops and restaurants. The miles of beaches offer great views of beautiful beach homes. Atlantic Beach is a very nice and quite area with a mixed range of prices. Property values have slightly declined, but are beginning to level off. Average sold home price is $325K with an average of 161 days on the market.
