Prices in Bal Harbour have come down about 25% in 2008. The homes are slow in the prestigeous Bal Harbour Village The "crisis" in this area does not seem so severe like in other communities. Since Bal Harbour consist of mainly hi-end luxuriouse properties, with mostly second home owners it has not been that affected. Of course prices came down as well but this is because owners decided to sell not that they "had" to sell. The best prices for a brand new building can be obtained at "One Bal Harbour"
