During 2004 and 2005 Bay County experienced an annual price appreciation of between 30-50%. This rate was unsustainable for the long-term, and now we are experiencing a pause with single family houses decreasing in price by about 35% and Gulf-front condo easing about 50% from their peak. Prices in 2009 are beging to stabilize compared to other parts of the State.
