Well, finally, the bottom may have been reached! I certainly don't know, but I have not seen asking prices this low since the early 2000's! Amazing... but it has started to prod buyers into snapping up these deals. The inventory here is FINALLY starting to get absorbed at a much higher rate than we have seen in some time. In a recent USNews & World report, the claim is that now the Naples area is UNDERVALUED by over 30%! Maybe that is part of the reason why there is a rush to get property here NOW.
The deals we are seeing now are incredible. And, for those sellers who really need to sell, concessions are huge.
Yet, the market still has a huge supply of inventory, so that will maintain softer prices, for sure. Compare Southwest Florida to your weather up north and there is no contest! Great summers, great beaches, great winters, great golf courses -- what more could you want?
Since prices are down to 2002 prices in many cases, now is a great time to buy, so call us today!
