Being a daughter of a military officer meant moving every few years (including 3 yrs in France as a teenager.) Peter & I were married in Tokyo, Japan - he was a technical representative (tech rep) at a USAF base in northern Japan. We lived there about 2 years before returning to the US. We have 2 sons in MA, a daughter in CA and 2 (terrific) little grandkids.
Prior to a career in Real Estate, I worked for Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) 15 yrs in a variety of positions; with my last 5 years as a software product mgr in the Unix Mail Engineering Group (EUEG) in Reading, England. Pete and I both chose DEC's special early retirement package when the company downsized in 1992. I found a wonderful '2nd career' as a Realtor in Bradenton as soon as being 'retired' got somewhat tired....
