Pool homes for under $100,000 are rare but some Gulf access waterfront homes are available under $200,000. Less homes are coming on the market, so make your buying move soon! Please be aware of Chinese defective drywall homes, built between 2004 to 2008. Vacant land needs several more years to recover, but there are amazing lot buying opportunities out there; search und you will find. Home asking prices under $50,000 are rare now. If they are listed below, they all sell for higher as multiple bids come in.
