Although we are technically in a buyer's market, it is surprisingly difficult to find low priced attractive waterfront properties and the supply is limited because sellers are waiting for better days.

There are are many qualified waterfront buyers looking with very few attractively priced properties available.

Location Characteristics: Deerfield Beach is a vibrant beach town that offers a pedestrian environment with shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, a fishing pier, a beautiful beach, and an attractive boardwalk. The Cove is a residential area located on the west side of the Intracoastal that provides many home options for the avid boater.

Hillsboro Beach is located just south of Deerfield and provides a quieter address. This town offers a limited supply of luxury condos and Ocean to Intracoastal multi-million dollar Estates along the Hillsboro Mile.

Lighthouse Point is located on the west side of the Intracoastal and provides many home options for the avid boater.

Pompano Beach offers limited options in luxury waterfront homes and condos.
