Fort Lauderdale is experiencing a very strong Buyers market as is all of South Florida & the nation. Waterfront properties are now available from $300K !! Condo's from $100K!! Interest rates are at LOWEST !!
It is the greatest time to buy since the prices have plummetted & the mortgage interest rates have just dropped again. This IS the BEST TIME to BUY since the Real Estate bomb has taken place throughout the nation. Most sellers now realize the turn around has happened & are very willing to negotiate & make a deal.
