It is still a Buyer's Market, but is stabilizing. Sales in our area are up and the number of available homes and other properties has come down to almost a normal level. Good homes that are priced correctly are selling very quickly. Many of the asking prices are down to what they were in 2003. There are a lot of fantastic deals available, including "short sales" and foreclosures. Interest rates are at RECORD LOWS, making it a GREAT TIME TO BUY!!
