The inventory here is FINALLY starting to get absorbed at a much higher rate than we have seen in some time. Sales continue to soar -- and it may be sparked in some part by the recent USNews & World Report article claiming that Naples is now over 30% UNDERVALUED! Two years ago, it was the opposite story....
The deals we are seeing now are incredible. And, for those sellers who really need to sell, concessions are huge.
