Best buys in my opinion are "Rehabs" or remodeled older homes. I still like the neighborhoods near the old Mills & Nebraska Lumber Company [ie Brookhaven Subdivision]. Construction at Mills Park, along 17-92 has begun. Active listings in MLS are 237 as of December 2nd.
ZIP Code: 32803 Approximate Location Boundaries: Middle of the state off the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Daytona.
Location Characteristics: Nice clean, contemporary midsize city; 20 minutes from Mickey Mouse land.
